Recently, we received a message from an old customer in Tanzania who wanted to purchase a flatbed truck trailer for transporting some bulk goods such as soap and cotton bags. Due to the heavy load limit, the two standard 40-ton flatbed trailers purchased previously were no longer sufficient to meet the customer's transportation requirements. We suggested adding a dangler trailer to the design. Based on the previous trust, the customer paid the deposit and we started production.
Customized flatbed trailers with dangler trailers can now carry up to 50,000 kg, which is very suitable for heavy and long-distance transportation. Both flatbed trailers and suspended trailers are equipped with a 500 mm headboard to prevent the goods from sliding during transportation.
The combination of a flatbed trailer and a hitch design provides enhanced stability, greatly reducing the risk of tipping over when transporting oversized or heavy loads.
The open design facilitates loading and unloading of cargo from multiple angles, making the loading and unloading process more efficient.
